This is hugely enjoyable and may well change your life for the better as well as stopping you smoking.
This came to me through a passing interest in breathing exercises. Funnily enough I didn't even do this in order to give up smoking. Quitting cigarettes came as a most welcome by-product.
So don't put any pressure on yourself to quit – just know that it will come eventually.
We need to add a 5 minute routine to your daily life for breathing exercises which may increase to 10 or 15 minutes as time goes by.
